about us

HELP of Carpinteria is an all volunteer nonprofit organization providing door-to-door transportation to Carpinteria residents who have no other means of transportation.

SANTA BARBARA CAR:

For round trip or one way service to Santa Barbara, Carpinteria City residents are requested to make a donation of $6.00, and residents outside the City limits are requested to make a donation of $10.00.

CARPINTERIA CAR:

For round trip or one way service in Carpinteria, residents inside the City limits are requested to make a $1.00 donation, and residents outside the City limits are requested to make a $2.00 donation.

VOLUNTEERS:

Drivers and Dispatchers are always needed.
- Dispatchers work in increments of 2 hour shifts.
- Drivers work half days (Carpinteria car) or full days (Santa Barbara car).
